~ Disaster Legal Services are available to low-income, elderly, and other vulnerable residents in Cocke County (as well as Carter, Greene, Hamblen, Hawkins, Johnson, Unicoi, and Washington counties) who were affected by the storm & are unable to afford their own lawyer.
