"The Good Shepherd"

I have always pictured Jesus as my shepherd, eh
Ven though the picture of the good shepherd hung in our Sunday School Room when I was a child.
I also remember being told that at least one Psalm was written with the first letter being the Hebrew alphabet. Psalm 119? But the point of rhythm of thought and rhythm of sound I had not heard before.
A lot is lost in translation, it is sad that we cannot hear or feel all the rhythms. Was read and understand what we read, but do not always feel or sense what we are reading.
