Online Giving...

Friends,

Even though we are not currently meeting together, WE ARE STILL THE CHURCH.  We continue to worship, care for each other, help those in need, and reach out to others with the Gospel of Jesus Christ. 
Ministry continues and so do financial obligations.  There are several ways--some tried and true, some brand new--through which you can continue to share your weekly tithe.  You can:

• Use the mail slot at the top of the church's mailbox (next to the office door--under the drive through) to drop off your tithes and offering.
• Use the US Mail to mail a personal check to the church at 212 Washington Ave. Newport, TN 37821.
• Use your bank’s online bill payment system to quickly and efficiently have your bank send the church your tithe (your bank will send the church a check).

The Holston Conference is offering ONLINE BILL PAY for FREE during this time for people to be able to donate directly to their church! Once you click on the link, you will fill out a form with your:

• Name
• Address
• Phone
• Email
• Amount your are giving today 
• Our district
  • Mountain View District
• Our church
  • First UMC Newport – Newport, TN
• Click the blue button. This will take you to a screen where you can enter your debit/credit card information. 

The whole process takes about one minute (assuming you have your debit/credit card ready).
Remember: We are still the CHURCH!
